What motivates your desire to give back?
I have been blessed with family, education and job experiences. I feel that even in retirement, there is much I should be able to do to support the community’s institutions including its church life, city government, and hospital with my time and resources.

Why are you supporting the medical center?
St. Jude is an important institution in Fullerton. As it grows and develops, it increasingly supports the life and health of our community.

Why did you agree to join the foundation board?
I joined the St Jude Memorial Foundation when asked, thinking that my varied background might provide a supporting perspective to help our community and its health care.
