She has 20+ years of fundraising experience with an extensive background in managing highly successful healthcare foundations. Dub has a strong track record of leading high performing teams to consistently meet or exceed annual fundraising goals. That knowledge and her dedication to mission-centered service have prepared her to lead the next chapter of the foundation’s growth.
As a volunteer fundraiser, she served three terms as President and held leadership positions for ten years in a fundraising guild of Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). Dub also chaired parent volunteer committees, executing major special events for Servite High School, Cornelia Connelly High School and St. Angela Merici School.
